How to occupy the kids during the summer holidays is a perennial conundrum, but this year it could be easier if you whisk them off to All Star Lanes in Bayswater, which has just launched its kids club.
From 8 July to the end of August, children aged between six and nine can head to workshops that will not only develop their bowling skills but also offer games, competitions and arts and crafts.
For older children, aged 10-13, there’s a bowling workshop with the Team England Bowling coach, Andy Penny. There are also take-home goodies including t-shirts, candy and key rings.
Sessions take place between 3.30-5pm on Tuesdays, costing £20 per child for the first session and £15 after that. And, it’s not just kids that are catered for; parents are invited to relax in the
bar with snacks and magazines, or in the restaurant while the kids club is being held.
