Academia Barilla Cookery Class

Italian culinary school Academia Barilla, located in the gastronomic city of Parma, will make its London debut by hosting one-day courses at Mia Rigo restaurant and delicatessen in South Kensington. The course includes a two-hour culinary class with tastings and wine, followed by lunch. Guests also receive a copy of Parma: A Capital of Italian Gastronomy, by Giuliano Bugialli, food historian and television host.
