feast fit for a queen.
Diners can indulge in a six-course meal complete with matching wines, including English sparkling wines. Dishes include poached trout with potato-and-cucumber salad and caviar (paired with 2010
Bacchus from Chapel Down in Kent), Beef Wellington with creamed leeks and peas (paired with 2008 Château Haut-Beausejour from St-Estèphe) and strawberry tart with lemon posset (paired with 2010
Chateau Tabali Reserva from Chile).
Alternatively, each pub will be serving classic British snacks, from Victoria sponge cake to Earl Grey tea ice cream.
The Coronation meal costs £60 per person. Dogs – especially corgis – are welcome.
