Foxhills unveils £1.5m investment into new Lomri restaurant and bar

Foxhills Club & Resort has announced a £1.5 million investment with the launch of new restaurant, Lomri, alongside the Manor Lounge and Bar. The new openings have been developed in partnership with Auden Hospitality, and mark the next stage in the venue’s wider strategy to invest in its hospitality experience.

In recent years, the venue has invested significant funds into refurbishing bedrooms, adding new padel and pickleball courts, as well as introducing a new family leisure facility, The Pavilion. These new spaces have been designed for all occasions, offering a relaxed feel that’s perfect for everyday dining, whilst also feeling special enough for celebrations.

Lomri will be led by head chef Achal Aggarwal, offering an experience-led dining experience that reflects Britain’s long-standing culinary connection with India. Its design brings rich, earthy tones inspired by the Indian landscape, balancing the venue’s historic character with a contemporary feel. The restaurant will seat 80, with options for small and large groups, as well as offering a semi-private dining area.

The Manor Lounge and Bar is also set to launch as part of the redevelopment, offering a relaxed setting for everything from pre-dinner drinks to informal meetings. This next stage of the ongoing project is supported by a team of over 300 staff, including a dedicated F&B team who'll be working across Lomri and the Manor Lounge and Bar.
