Pan Pacific London has partnered with Skin Rocks, the science-led British skincare brand founded by Caroline Hirons, making it the first hotel in London to offer the brand's treatments.
The partnership brings a new signature facial to the hotel's SENSORY Spa & Wellbeing floor, alongside a Skin Rocks retail range, with founder-led masterclasses and in-room turndown kits set to follow.
A signature facial inspired by turndown
At the heart of the collaboration is the Signature Reset Facial, developed by Skin Rocks Pro exclusively for Pan Pacific London. The 60-minute treatment is designed for skin worn down by travel, stress and busy schedules, and draws inspiration from the hotel ritual of turndown.
Half the treatment is given over to a 30-minute lifting massage, which aims to ease facial tension, support circulation and calm the complexion. It is paired with Skin Rocks' clinically proven formulations to leave skin looking brighter and more rested.

Skincare to take home, with masterclasses to follow
From 15 October, guests can buy Skin Rocks' colour-coded retail range at the hotel, making it easy to carry on a routine at home.
Later additions will include masterclasses and events led by Caroline Hirons and the Skin Rocks Pro team, covering topics such as barrier health, seasonal routines and skincare myth-busting. Evening turndown kits are also on the way, placing Skin Rocks essentials including The Cleansing Balm and The Support Oil in guest rooms, with guided self-massage and breathing cues.
Anne Golden, VP Operations UK & North America and General Manager at Pan Pacific London, said: 'Our modern guests are savvier than ever - they want real results, no nonsense, and moments of meaningful care. Pan Pacific London shares that exact ethos.'
Caroline Hirons, founder of Skin Rocks, added: 'Partnering with Pan Pacific London allows us to bring our results-driven skincare and therapist-led approach into an exceptional luxury environment that shares our commitment to authentic, guest-centric experiences.'
