Mori’s line in ‘healthy Asian eating’ is tailor-made for time-pressed, calorie-conscious movers & shakers on London’s swishest high streets. The group’s attack is two-pronged: it gives them sushi, & it gives them frozen yoghurt. There are larger plates such as Thai green curry, chicken udon & peppered tuna salad too, but it’s the generous sushi boxes, maki rolls & fro-yo, abundantly topped with anything from goji berries to Reese’s Pieces, that sell it to the size-zero set. The bold, graphic look of the cafés is suitably current & cool for an eat-in experience, though much of Mori’s business is delivery (it covers vast tracts of the capital). Party boxes are a good shout for larger groups, especially when accompanied by an order of ice-cold Asahi.
