A major new immersive entertainment venue is set to launch in Slough this spring. Mega City will open at the end of May, bringing together more than 170 games and attractions, from bowling and arcade games to laser tag and karaoke.

Developed by the team behind Airport Bowl, Mega City is designed as a multi-purpose destination, perfect for everything from family days out and date nights to corporate events and team-building experiences.

Located just 40 minutes from central London via the Elizabeth Line, this project forms part of Slough's wider regeneration plan, backed by an £11m investment in the region. The new site will create around 80 new jobs, with an aim of boosting footfall in the town centre.

When will Mega City Slough open?

Mega City Slough will open on Saturday 30 May 2026.

What to expect at Mega City Slough:

Spanning three floors and two mezzanines, the 55,000 sq/m space will offer a wide range of activities, including ten bowling lanes, 130 arcade machines, VR arenas, AR clay pigeon shooting, batting cages, pool tables, karaoke rooms, and a 26-player laser tag arena.

Private hire spaces and party rooms will also be available, offering flexible options for group bookings and events.

Guests will be able to enjoy a selection of food and drink options once they've finished with their action-packed experience. Menus offer crowd-pleasing favourites including loaded fries, burgers, and hot dogs, with waffle tacos and churros for dessert, alongside a dedicated children's menu. A cocktail list will include classics like Passionfruit Martinis, Negronis, Palomas, and a signature Mega City Sour.

The venue has been designed with a futuristic, high-energy aesthetic, combining neon signage and statement lighting with a central atrium that connects each level. While each floor will offer a distinct atmosphere, the overall design aims to create a cohesive feel throughout.
