With the roaring success of BBC TV spinoff, The Celebrity Traitors (thank you, Alan Carr, Celia Imrie, and Jonathan Ross, for many iconic moments), most of the country is wondering: ‘Can you hire the castle in The Traitors?’ But while the show’s original filming location, Ardross Castle, remains off-limits for small-scale events, there is a way to step into the shadowy world of The Traitors and live out your own ‘Big Dog’ fantasy.
Just outside King’s Lynn, Middleton Castle, a 15th-century castle, complete with a moat, turrets, and parapets, has teamed up with Cloaked Events to welcome groups of friends or colleagues to play out the psychological tension of the show in real life.
Expect murderous betrayals, strategic alliances, round table votes, and challenges tailored to the needs of your group. Plus, unlike the original Traitors castle up in the Highlands, Middleton Castle offers 15 luxurious bedrooms, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in a weekend of intrigue.

‘When you are surrounded by candlelight and centuries of history, the tension and excitement of The Traitors game becomes completely real and is very authentic to the show,’ says Will Parry, co-founder of Cloaked Events.
‘It’s immersive theatre meets strategy and it’s unlike anything else in the UK right now. We have a range of formats depending on how long people want to play and/or stay, from three to 24 hours for usually somewhere between 12 and 16 players, but we can be flexible depending on the group.’
Middleton Castle’s Traitors experience offers a rare opportunity: to leave the sofa behind and step inside the drama. Will you stay faithful?
