Phil Howard’s NOTTO brand takes a bold step into fast-casual dining with its latest opening in Broadgate, offering premium pasta and seasonal plates for Londoners on the move. Known for its ingredient-led ethos and Michelin-level care, NOTTO Broadgate delivers the same culinary precision found at its Piccadilly and Covent Garden Pasta Bars, but in a quick-service format tailored to City workers.
The menu is concise yet elevated, with six signature pasta dishes cooked fresh to order. Highlights include the rigatoni cacio e pepe, a creamy, peppery classic; gnocchetti with smashed sausage, fennel and chilli, offering bold, rustic flavours; and the indulgent strozzapreti with black truffles, chicken stock and farmhouse butter, a luxurious option at £25. For something lighter, guests can opt for one of four salads, such as the Amalfi, a Nicoise-style bowl with line-caught tuna and crunchy chickpeas, or the Alpine-inspired Piedmont, featuring blue cheese, dried apple and pickled onions.
A standout feature is the dedicated burrata bar, showcasing artisan burrata from Buchanans Cheesemonger, paired with seasonal toppings like anchovy and orange dressing or classic pesto. Guests follow a tray-slide journey, selecting their pasta, salad or burrata, with dishes ready in minutes thanks to fresh, fast cooking.
Everything is made in-house, from sauces and salads to the Instagram-famous focaccia and indulgent ganache pots. The launch team includes Executive Chef Louis Korovilas (ex-Locanda Locatelli), Head Chef Ali Howard, and Harvi Singh, whose experience spans Elystan Street and Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
NOTTO Broadgate proves that fast-casual dining can still deliver exceptional quality, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a quick but refined meal in the heart of the City.
