It wouldn’t be a push to suggest that Mayfair and Dubai share a similar well-moneyed dining clientele. So it’s no surprise that this Dubai export, inspired by the Anatolian region of Turkey, has chosen Grosvenor House hotel for its second location. Restaurateur Umut Özkanca is behind the project and the menu covers Turkey and beyond. Ruya has being designed by Conran and Partners and represents the next chapter of restaurant concepts for the Dream Group, which already has stakes in Coya and Zuma.
