Following on from sites in Shoreditch and Islington, Rök has now brought its brand of Scandi-influenced cuisine to Soho, with a menu that ticks off several current restaurant trends. Although mostly known for smoked meats, the menu here features more plant-based and veg-centric dishes. Ticking off another trend, Rök Soho also has a section of its menu dedicated to fermented and pickled dishes, which are made in its basement preservation cellar. The restaurant is teetotal-friendly too, thanks to its own range of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol house meads and drinking vinegars, developed with cocktail guru Matt Whiley, who runs eco-minded bar Scout in the City.
