SquareMeal Review of
Brodie’s Bar & Kitchen
A typically versatile Canary Wharf bar, Brodie’s is the kind of multi-faceted space where you might drop in for a fish-finger sarnie at lunchtime & return later for a private Champagne party.
Its broad terrace looking over to West India Quay is a similarly flexible meeting place when the sun’s shining. Plates of pesto pappardelle, chilli beef burgers & merguez baguettes with red
pepper & a lick of rouille won’t strain the lunch budget, while evening sharing platters (charcuterie, Mexican, assorted sausages & so on) are all within a £20 spend. Match the easy-eating,
wallet-friendly grub with a bottle of something big & bold from a New World-leaning list that rarely goes over the £25 mark. Things ramp up later on, when live music & DJs keep things going
into the night.
