Nestled within the Surrey countryside and set among manicured gardens, Oatlands Park is a Grade-II listed hotel which doubles up as an events venue, able to host all manner of private dining occasions.
Oatlands Park has a whole host of spaces to choose from, with The York Suite being the hotel’s largest self-contained function suite. Found on the ground floor and home to its own bar, dance floor, dedicated kitchens and a private entrance, the space can welcome up to 400 guests theatre style or 370 for a sit-down meal.
For medium-sized parties, opt for the Cromwell Suite. This stylishly appointed function room features high ceilings and eight sky-lights which flood the space with natural daylight. The suite can accommodate up to 50 guests for a formal sit-down meal and also benefits from its own foyer area, which is perfect for pre-dinner cocktails and canapes.
Another choice is The Drawing Room, which can accommodate up to 60 guests at one time for private dining. The elegant, traditional space boasts high ceilings, ornate pillars and stunning bay windows, as well as a feature fireplace. For extra space, The Drawing Room can also be linked to the Garden Room, providing direct access to the Lawn Terrace, making it ideal for summertime events requiring outdoor space.
The Garden Room can be used in conjunction with the Drawing Room or independently, and offers up enviable views across the hotel grounds. Inside is just as pleasing to the eye though - the feature fireplace with backlit bookshelves makes a pretty backdrop for private dining or Champagne receptions.
The final space is La Terrazza, which successfully brings the outside in thanks to a retractable roof and glass doors. Ideal for events and parties, La Terazza opens out onto the terrace gardens, which feature artificial grass, patio heaters and a BBQ station, making it suitable for functions all year round.
