Copper Ceylon offers a modern take on traditional Sri Lankan flavours bringing a playful, party spirit to Bromley with gorgeous interiors, DJ nights and innovative cocktails. The concept was dreamed up by Haran and Dion, husband and wife team, who took a leap of faith before the pandemic to change careers and start their own restaurant based on generation recipes that they themselves have loved since childhood. The whole operation is family run - their teenage daughter even works here part time - and since opening they've bagged multiple awards and become a community favourite.
There are three beautiful spaces to choose from for your event. The Blue Sapphire room is an enclosed, private dining space designed for banquet dining with a capacity of up to 24 people, but also works for standing events for up to 40. The Ruby room really makes an impact with its elegant bar and red velvet seating. Here, seated, standing or bespoke events that offer a little of both are possible thanks to the large, flexible space. The capacity for seated dinners is an impressive 50, while 80 can be catered for standing.
Finally, if you really want to throw a party, the largest space is the Emerald room, which is where you'll also find the island-inspired bar and DJ booth. Invite 120 of your favourite people - or, host one heck of a work event - and they're guaranteed to have a brilliant time.
