For more than 20 years, Le Pont de la Tour has been serving up its classic French cuisine and front-row Thames views from right underneath the twin towers of Tower Bridge. The interior is inspired by the dining room of the French cruise liner SS Normandie - the décor is rich and sleek, with art deco furniture and a nautical theme featuring throughout, evoking roaring twenties’ glamour, when the Normandie was first conceived.
Le Pont de la Tour's private dining space - the Salon Privé - lies at the far end of the main restaurant and seats 20 guests for private breakfast, lunch or dinner. But Le Pont de la Tour also has a fantastic reputation for wine. The semi private Wine Cellar is the perfect venue if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary. Surrounded by over 300 of the finest bottles of wine from around the world, you can enjoy the buzz of the main restaurant whilst Le Pont de la Tour's expert sommeliers guide you through a bespoke wine tasting session.
There are a variety of other event spaces available too. The terrace boasts a stylish, chill out lounge bar and an outdoor dining space for the restaurant, both of which are open all year round for groups of up to 30 seated or 50 standing. Or you can plump for exclusive hire of the whole venue, including restaurant and outdoor terrace, with capacity for 110 seated or up to 300 standing.
