Gordon Ramsay’s Mayfair big hitter has built its reputation on daring Euro-Asian fusion cuisine. This year’s festive menus are globetrotters too: turkey and trimmings might be preceded by octopus and potato nanban; a vegetarian and gluten-free alternative runs from mushroom congee to salt-baked celeriac. In its private dining rooms, there’s a chef’s dining experience for which menus are created on the day, while the Kitchen Table hosts top-end Grey Goose experiences that launch with canapés and a vodka fountain.
