The thing here is champagne teamed with hotdogs – with 11 varieties of the latter on offer, covering pork, beef and veggie bases. The restaurant is the brainchild of Sandia Chang and husband James Knappett, who has his own Michelin-starred restaurant, Kitchen Table, at the back. This can be hired exclusively for private dinners and drinks receptions. If you want the team to come to you, hire Johnny – a street-food van that can cater at external events.
