Available throughout the week is a collection of international plates, from nibbles to sharers to burgers and crowd-pleasing mains. Choose from the likes of chorizo and cheddar doughballs and cheeseburger bao buns to start, while its signature smoking boards make an impressive main course – think smoking chargrilled chicken with rose harissa, grilled peppers and onions, American cheese melt, guacamole, garlic sour cream and tortillas.
Brunch is served at weekends only and includes things like wings and waffles, a pancake stack with yoghurt, mango, pineapple and blueberries and salt beef benedict. For an extra special touch, diners can choose The Alchemist’s ‘All that Glitters’ brunch which includes your choice of any brunch dish plus three signature cocktails for a set price.
