Roof Thirty Nine by Fentimans & Fuego is a rooftop dining and drinks experience located within Fenwick, created in collaboration with Fentimans and Fuego. Inspired by the flavours and atmosphere of the Mediterranean coast, the venue combines botanical soft drinks, contemporary cocktails and sharing-style dishes in a relaxed rooftop setting. The concept centres around aperitivo culture, offering a menu designed for long, sociable afternoons and evenings.
The food menu features a selection of snacks, small plates and larger dishes with Mediterranean influences. Guests can choose from options such as marinated olives, padrón peppers, tomato and garlic bruschetta, patatas bravas and babaganoush with labneh and zaa’tar. Larger plates include herb-baked bream, harissa-roasted cauliflower, marinated chicken and the Fuego Burger, made with spicy pork and beef, Manchego cheese and Basque sauce. Desserts include burnt Basque cheesecake, tiramisu tart and Northern Bloc ice cream.
Drinks are a central part of the experience, showcasing Fentimans’ range of botanical beverages. Signature cocktails include the Paloma Del Sol, Coastal Martini and granita-style serves such as the Raspberry Daiquiri Granita and Pomegranate Mule Granita. The menu also highlights several spritz-style cocktails and mocktails made using Fentimans drinks, including Victorian Lemonade, Rose Lemonade, Sparkling Elderflower and Sicilian Lemonade. Seasonal serves such as the Roof Thirty Nine Blush and Golden Hour combine citrus, herbs and premium spirits to reflect Mediterranean-inspired flavours.
