Hi, I am Sam, the owner of 'Roasted'
I'd like to tell you a little bit about me, to give you some background as to how I got into business, and for you to understand what drives my passion in bringing great tasting food to you.
I am 34 years old and I have a lovely baby girl with a special Greek lady by my side, she has had a lot of input from behind the scenes. I am half Arabic, half Irish, and the chef is Irish with a wealth of experience behind him.
I used to have a juice and smoothie stall at Hammersmith Market once a week - this was an extremely difficult few days of preparation. I then spent some time as an Amazon and Ebay seller.
My reason for starting 'Roasted' was that I wanted another challenge and a new adventure, so I decided on specialising in slow-cooked oven food as I am a lover of tender meat.
The name 'Roasted' describes the concept and what we do. I discovered afterwards that it may sound like a coffee shop, but once the concept is understood, it makes sense!
My aim is to please every customer with a great service and a great food experience.
I welcome feedback from all our customers to enable us to be more customer-led when it comes to our menu.
I would like to say a big thank you to Churchfield Road W3 for being so friendly and welcoming. The locals are brilliant; so kind and warmhearted. My fellow small business owners have also welcomed me with great acceptance
