Revery Bar is a day-to-night destination located inside the London Hilton on Park Lane in Mayfair. During the day, diners are able to indulge in artisanal coffee and expertly made pastries amidst glamorous interiors, while at night, the space transforms into a cosy escape, with a luxurious and seductive ambience. So, whether you’re in need of a morning pick-me-up or after-hours cocktails, Revery Bar is one of Mayfair’s most sophisticated offerings.
At the centre of the space is a beautiful, curved cocktail bar, with a shard-like glass sculpture hanging above, and a backlit wall displaying an impressive collection of spirits. Guests can perch here on plush red velvet stools, or choose to relax in one of its comfortable sofas. Interiors follow an art-deco theme, albeit with modern twists. Patterned carpets, striking light sculptures and beautiful floral displays create an arresting backdrop whatever the occasion.
In the morning, guests can order an array of breakfast dishes, such as porridge with caramelised banana and maple syrup, a chilli cheese omelette with pickled green chillies, and a bacon and egg sandwich served on sourdough. While throughout the day, an all-day menu of classic dishes includes a crayfish and prawn cocktail, cornflake fried chicken with Revery gravy and hot and spicy sauce, and crab croquettes with sriracha and spring onions.
In the evening, attention turns towards its signature cocktails, which are made by a masterful team of mixologists. Look out for creations such as the House Cup, featuring Flor de Caña 12, Pimm’s No.1, orange sherbet, milk and citrus, and Majesty, which combines Bombay Sapphire berry infused gin with citrus, elderflower cordial, hibiscus and black pepper. You’ll also find a selection of Champagnes and sparkling, non-alcoholic drinks, wines (by the glass and bottle), spirits and soft drinks.
