On the night, guests will be treated to a truly unique dining experience and one they’re not likely to forget. Kicking off at 7.30pm, guests will gather in HIDE’s stunning HIDE & SEEK private dining room, where they will be treated to a three-course meal paired with a whisky flight and followed by a tasting. On the night, you can expect to dine on the likes of avocado, gooseberries and basil in a chilled osmanthus infusion, and steamed turbot with crushed nasturtium broth while sipping on 12-year old and 18-year old whisky, among other varieties.
Priced at £15 per person, the evening represents incredible value and is a great way to learn more about Highland Park (while also tasting some of the best food and drink that the capital has to offer!) There are only 10 tickets available for this one-off event, so you need to act fast.
