Ask for sparkling in any of the world's finest dining rooms and, more often than not, the iconic green bottle that arrives will be S.Pellegrino. For more than 125 years, the sparkling mineral water, emerging from sources at the foot of the Italian Alps near Bergamo has earned its place at the table. Chosen by chefs and sommeliers for its fine, persistent bubbles and perfect mineral balance, it's crisp enough to cleanse the palate between courses, but gentle enough never to compete with what's on the plate.
But S.Pellegrino has never really been about the water alone. Its true focus is the table itself, and everything that happens around it: the conversation, the connection, the meals that turn into memories. That belief is now the heart of the brand's global Dinner Dialogues global campaign with Lewis Hamilton, and it starts with something as simple as a question.
The bottle that starts the conversation
For the campaign, S.Pellegrino has transformed its legendary label into a series of thought-provoking questions, designed to take diners into the kind of conversation that lingers long after the plates are cleared. Questions like "what dream have you quietly kept alive?" are an invitation to something more genuine: real connection, around every table.
To bring the idea to life, the brand created Dinner Dialogues, reuniting Lewis Hamilton with three of his oldest friends for an unscripted dinner captured in a short documentary film directed by award-winning filmmaker Lana Wilson. With a bottle at the centre of the table and no script in sight, the conversation flowed through shared memories and personal revelations the friends had never told each other before.

“I've always loved spending time around the table with my friends and family, but with my schedule, it’s not easy to find the time as often as I’d like. Time passes so quickly, so to sit down with S.Pellegrino and some of my oldest friends and just let the conversation flow was really special," Hamilton says. "We reconnected over shared memories and even discovered a few new things about each other along the way. It's a reminder of how great it can be to get together, to chat openly and honestly, and that finding connections is something we should all prioritise."
The limited-edition bottles are rolling out globally across 2026, allowing diners to spark a dinner dialogue of their own.
From the table to the track
The latest celebration of all this arrived at the British Grand Prix. S.Pellegrino brought its 'Dinner Dialogues' experience to Silverstone last weekend, following their debut at the Miami Grand Prix earlier this year. Ahead of the racing, the brand hosted an exclusive dinner at London's Sky Garden, with a menu created by Michelin-starred chef Alex Dilling, whose refined French technique and exceptional attention to detail have established him as one of Britain's finest talents. Against one of the capital's most dramatic skylines, it was exactly the kind of evening the brand has always stood for: exceptional food, considered in every detail, and a table full of good conversation.
Because for S.Pellegrino, that has always been the point. The water opens the meal. The conversation is what makes it memorable.
