Victoria Beckham reveals her favourite restaurants

Victoria Beckham has revealed her top five favourite restaurants including two in London.

Speaking to Hello! Magazine this week, she told the publication that one of her favourite places to go for a delicious meal or date night with husband David Beckham is Davies & Brook at Claridge’s hotel. The restaurant is headed up by Chef Daniel Humm, formerly of New York’s Eleven Madison Park. Beckham’s favourite dishes from the modern European-inspired menu include the short rib with mint and the roasted duck, she disclosed.

New Mediterranean restaurant Folie was also included in her top five. Located in Soho’s Golden Square, the contemporary French Riviera style dining restaurant features the likes of charcoal grilled sea bass with ratatouille and Dover sole. With glamourous décor inspired by the 1960s and 70s, it’s unsurprising that the fashion designer rated Folie so highly.

To give VB’s other favourites a try you’ll have to travel a bit further afield with other restaurants on her list including La Scene by two Michelin starred Chef Stéphanie Le Quelle in Paris, French brasserie Le Crocodile in New York’s Williamsburg Wythe Hotel and finally, La Petite Maison in Miami.

The former Spice Girl's choice of restaurants may come as a surprise to many as she’s known for have a strict healthy diet even going as far as ditching the cake for her birthday in favour for one made out of fresh fruit. She has also revealed in the past that she never starts the day without a sip of apple cider vinegar and a healthy breakfast which usually includes eggs or natural cereal.

When it comes to 2020 New Year’s resolutions it seems VB and the family - which includes husband David Beckham and four children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper - will be considering veganism. We would expect nothing less, it is incredibly on trend after all.

If you just can't get enough of celeb food news, guess which restaurant Rio Ferdinand shut down recently?
