Just when you thought brunch couldn’t get any more #basic, along comes The Perception at W London, which has just launched a bottomless frosé brunch – not that we’re complaining!
Embrace your inner basic B with a two-course brunch and a choice of free-flowing Prosecco or house-made frozen rosé, all set to the soundtrack of a live DJ.
Taking place every Saturday, The Perception’s bottomless frosé brunch is (naturally) served up with splashes of millennial pink, and invites guests to choose one main dish from a selection of six tempting options: you can tuck into sunny side up eggs with spicy ‘nduja sausage and homemade potato crisps, or a salmon tartare burger served in a fluffy star anise bun.
There are vegan options too – think a mushroom and leek quiche featuring kale and quinoa, or roasted butternut, smashed avocado, red cabbage and seasoned scrambled tofu served on thick-cut sourdough toast.
It’s not all about the mains though, as you’ll also be treated to a dedicated dessert station, serving up freshly-baked US-style waffles and pancakes. These sweet treats can be finished off with devilishly indulgent toppings, such as maple syrup, peanut butter and dulce de leche.
Brunchers can enjoy 90 minutes of free-flowing frozen rosé or Prosecco, alongside a choice of one main dish and unlimited pancakes and waffles. The brunch is served every Saturday from 1-4pm and is priced at £39pp.
