The dinner set menu includes any one starter and main, and includes a selection from the sea and land. Starters include a creamed salted cod on fried polenta, Taggiasca olives tapenade, toasted pine nuts and lemon zest, along with Herefordshire beef tartare served with shoestring potatoes. Main dishes include cuttlefish stewed in a rich tomato sauce with dried mushrooms and garden peas, along with ash cooked celeriac grilled over charcoal with green beans and a thyme and mustard dressing. Land mains include the slow cooked Aberdeen Angus beef ribs with a burnt orange and tomato sauce, and the grilled Great Windsor Park duck breast with a sweet and sour duck leg salad.
