SquareMeal Review of Vetro (by Dalla Terra)

An offshoot of the wine shop, café and ‘enoteca’ (wine repository) Dalla Terra in Covent Garden, this informal site finds its home in trendy Soho. With the name translating as glass, it’s pretty obvious what the objective is here. The restaurant-cum-winery is focused on offering a strong selection of wines by the glass – you can order by the bottle too – with more than 30 for diners to choose from, including several from the 500 strong collection at Dalla Terra. There is also a selection of nibbles, including chicken Milanese for mains and chocolate fondant with pistachio gelato for dessert. Go for the set afternoon menu for those inevitable liquid lunches.

Great selection of wines and cocktails for every mood and taste. Cool vibe and lovely staff. Tasty snacks and finger food, rather than full dinner menu.
