SquareMeal Review of
Judging by the plaudits, there are few chinks in Thai Square’s armour. The sleek interiors are a strong suit, with Thai artefacts & colourful walls offset by modern, clean lines &
Lombok-style furniture. Staff in traditional garb also come in for praise – although service can vary from branch to branch. The real star of show, however, is the menu. Packed with delicious
stir-fries, soups, salads & Thai staples, it’s hard to know what to order, but one fan’s description of the green curry – ‘reminiscent of the back-streets of Bangkok’ – might just help. Other
crowd-pleasing dishes include chicken satay, crab cakes & the pad Thai. The eight-bottle wine list does it job, but most people stick to Singha beer.
