Part of the D&D group’s ever-fabulous London empire, Quaglino’s serves as the ultimate party venue for celebrations large and small. Boasting art-deco interiors, live music throughout the week and plenty of old-school glamour, you’ll find that the team at this Mayfair restaurant sure know how to put on an occasion to remember.
There are two private dining rooms on offer, along with semi-secluded areas, two bars and a stage that can all be hired our exclusively. Both the Prince of Wales room and the Giovanni Room are located on the mezzanine level and overlook the goings-on of the main restaurant below while still being totally secluded. The Prince of Wales room is slightly larger and can accommodate up to 40 people seated. Here, you’ll find one long banquet-style table that can be decorated to suit your taste and the occasion at hand. A geometric-pattered celing and striking carpet, meanwhile, evokes a sense of creativity and fun.
The more intimate Giovanni Room can seat up to 14 guests around a single round table while still offering the same art-deco-inspired décor present in the larger private dining space. Discover a gold light fixture above the dining table, colourful artworks on the wall and mirrors to make the room feel intimate but spacious. Both rooms are able to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner and are a great choice for birthday parties, corporate meetings or late-night soirees.
The menu features a number of French brasserie-style favourites. Look out for the selection of grills, if you’re hosting steak lovers, as well as other signature mains such as burnt butter confit halibut with sauce au caviar, girolles and foraged sea herbs, roasted highland venison with parsnip, panfried duck liver and pine nut croustillant, and gnocchi with roasted delicata pumpkin, oyster mushrooms and kale crisps.
