Located on the 24th floor of Birmingham’s tallest building, 103 Colmore Row, Orelle boasts one of the most spectacular private dining rooms in the city with incredible panoramic views. Combining opulent surroundings, elegant, Parisian-style food and picture-perfect views, there are few places in Birmingham more beautiful than this sky-high restaurant. If you’re looking for a space to celebrate with friends, family or colleagues, Orelle will not disappoint.
Seating between 12-14 guests around one long table, the private dining room at Orelle is ideal for more intimate occasions and celebrations. Floor to ceiling glass windows ensure those jaw-dropping views are as impressive as they possibly can be, while rich, dark wooden furnishings, comfortable orange seating, high ceilings and sleek design provide a stylish backdrop to any event held here. If you’d like to hire the space for a standing event instead, you can do so for up to 20 people.
For larger groups, Orelle also offers group dining in its restaurant for up to 88 guests. Expect the same sleek and stylish design aesthetic here, too, with orange shell booths, an impressive wine cabinet and floor-to-ceiling windows drawing the eye to those unmissable views. Bar tables can also be hired for 12 seated guests, if preferred.
Orelle offers menus for both sit-down dinners and drinks and canape receptions. If you’re opting for the former, expect to tuck into the likes of tartare de boeuf featuring Longhorn beef, confit egg yolk, pickled girolles and pommes allumette, followed by cod with datterini tomato, toasted barley, broccoli, pepper and saffron velouté. While dessert includes a choice between chocolate, citrus or cheese.
A selection of wines by the glass spans a range of producers from across the globe, while a choice of Champagnes and English sparkling wines are available to toast those special occasions.
