The Balcony can accommodate up to 30 guests for lunch or dinner with an array of menus available, and also offers different table options including separate round tables or one oval one.
For large groups and parties, the restaurant can accommodate a huge variety of events, with exclusive private dining options for up to 150 guests seated. Chef patron Chris Galvin and Head Chef Marc Hardiman have created a selection of a la carte and tasting menus using seasonal ingredients that celebrate modern French cuisine.
Examples of starters include salad of heirloom tomatoes and Scottish langoustines with pig’s cheek and lightly spiced tea. While main courses might feature halibut, mussels, vegetables and Oscietra caviar with Champagne sabayon, Cornish lamb with caponata and salsa verde, as well as fettuccine, truffle and fermented shiitake with mushroom broth. For dessert, think chocolate eclair paired with milk ice cream and apple tarte tatin with calvados and vanilla ice cream.
