The Sunderland Room, meanwhile, can accommodate up to 40 standing guests and can be combined with The Panel Room for pre-dinner drinks. Michael Caines at The Stafford can be booked in its entirety, providing a relaxed setting for a dinner of up to 55 or a standing reception of up to 80. For summer events, The Courtyard is ideal. The space can be hired semi-privately and is equipped for barbecues, cocktail receptions and dinners.

Seafood options include a Devon crab tart with Oscietra caviar, smoked salmon tartare with horseradish creme fraiche and crispy tiger prawns with Singapore chilli sauce.
