While, upstairs you'll find a stunning Italian restaurant and luxury hotel, underneath is a sultry, subterranean enclave home to live music nights, pulsating DJ sets and an exclusive-hire venue that you can make your own for the evening.
Built on the foundations of the iconic music venue, Kingsway Hall, QT offers Covent Garden a take on a classic speakeasy with an atmospheric feel and side-street, private entrance. In terms of capacity, the space can host up to 80 people seated, or 100 people standing, with options for a mix of seating lay outs.
The team are passionate about hosting high-end events and have everything you might need to make yours a success. Be it a fashion show, corporate event, product launch or birthday party, the team can organise a stage, premium sound system, green room and a private kitchen. Plus, there's a 164” retractable screen for cinema nights and multimedia events.
Catering is provided in house and in the events brochure you'll find a selection of sample menus, all with an Italian twist. For large groups, the team think feasting menus work best, with sharing platters like Collebianco burrata with caponata and toasted pine nuts alongside an artisan charcuterie selection with gnocco fritto, pickles and fig jam.
Main dishes might look like Chianti braised short rib with Savoy cabbage, barley, porcini and gremolata, or cod fillet served with cannellini beans, broccoli and clam sauce. For dessert, how about Panettone bread and butter pudding, followed by teas, coffees and a brandy truffle.
Mixology is a big part of the concept at QT, too, with a range of classic and signature cocktails, as well as drinks packages to suit your mood, taste and budget.
