Kindred

Set within Bradmore House, a Grade II-listed Baroque building in the heart of Hammersmith, Kindred offers a flexible alternative to conventional corporate event spaces and party venue bookings. Spread across three floors, the building combines restored period architecture with modern AV, natural light and a choice of rooms that can work independently or together for meetings, conferences, launches, dinners and parties.

Kindred is independently run and built around the idea that meaningful connection happens in person. That translates into an events offer designed to be both functional and sociable: daytime meetings can flow into drinks, client dinners or evening receptions, while every booking supports outreach programmes that give local charities and grassroots groups free access to the spaces.

The Hall is the largest room, seating up to 120 for conferences and presentations or accommodating 150 standing for evening events. High arched windows, reclaimed timber floors, brass and marble details and an open fireplace soften the scale, while a built-in stage, stocked bar, projector, lighting rig and microphones make it practical for larger corporate formats. 

Upstairs, The Library and Salon Bar suit team away days, client lunches and smaller receptions, with seating for up to 45 by day or 80 standing when combined. The adjoining bar creates an easy transition from work to drinks. The Butterwick Room is more intimate, seating 16 around an oval table and offering privacy for board meetings, senior leadership sessions or private dinners. On the ground floor, the Cellar and Terrace provide a more informal setting for socials and post-event drinks, with capacity for 60 indoors and 70 outside.

As for food, this is handled in-house, from conference buffets and afternoon snacks to plated dinners, feasting menus, canapés and late-night food. Private dining menus focus on seasonal British ingredients, while organic wines are sourced from small family-run vineyards.
