Updated on 28 Jul 2020
Following the Government’s directive, we are pleased to announce the re-opening of 27 Restaurant & Bar from Saturday, 1 August.
In order to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all members, guests and employees, we have enhanced our cleaning regime and implemented changes to protect you at every step of your visit.
Social distancing:
Certain areas will be marked with signage to emphasise social distancing.
Guests and employees will follow the social distancing protocols of 1.5m throughout all areas of the restaurant.
Personal Protective Equipment:
All employees will wear a face mask or visor as part of their uniform.
Personal face masks and additional amenity items such as hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and gloves, will be offered to guests upon arrival.
Directional signage:
Where appropriate and possible, one way directions of movement will be in operation.
Cleaning protocols:
Enhanced cleaning of our restaurant has been implemented and includes more frequent and in-depth disinfecting of high-touch areas, and tables following guest departure.
We already practice stringent cleaning protocols throughout the property especially the kitchen but believe that enhancements that keeps guests and employees safe should be Implemented.
Employee training:
All our employees are required to complete and pass Health & Safety training specifically aimed at keeping everyone safe in these unprecedented times.
This training is ongoing and consistently updated to ensure a dedicated focus from our employees when looking after the health and safety of our guests.
All standards will continue to be reviewed and re-evaluated regularly based on the guidance of the UK Government
