For flexible event hosting, 15Hatfields provides a far-reaching selection of spaces that can accommodate anything from intimate focus groups through to full conferences of hundreds of people (the venue can hold up to 500 people over two floors). Its spaces are best suited to conferences and meetings, though canapé receptions and product launches are also popular.

With an in-house team of expert event planners, you’re in safe hands to create your ideal day whether that be an evening of fine dining or a buzzy day of training for your team. There are several different rooms, layouts and configurations to choose from, so anything is possible. Open seven days a week and just ten minutes from London Waterloo station, this is the ideal place for bringing together delegates travelling from across the country.

15Hatfields USP is its attention to detail on the eco-friendly front, being one of London’s most sustainable venues. Here, single use plastic is banned and the catering team makes the most of seasonal ingredients, producing no-waste menus, and even the venue furniture has been made from recycled materials.

Planned as a blank canvas space, 15Hatfields is the perfect place to put a unique stamp on your event. The team are happy to incorporate your own decals, branding or decorations into your event, and can recommend experienced suppliers if you'd like to go all out on a theme.

While no two events are treated in the same way, all parties can take advantage of the ethically sourced menu from Eden Caterers (the partner firm 15Hatfields exclusively uses). Lunch might include sandwiches filled with brie and plum chutney or a hot buffet of Thai green curry, while evening canapes span international favourites like salmon teriyaki and jerk chicken skewers. An expanding range of vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available.

AV equipment is world-class, where HD video conferencing, webcasting and super-fast Wi-Fi means that live streaming, gaming and tech events are well catered for, and the technology offered by 15Hatfields ensures that hybrid events can run smoothly.

Warren Campbell

General Manager

Warren Campbell created and launched the 15Hatfields brand back in 2008, when he was first brought in to help the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) realise their goal of transforming the ground floor of their central London office into a hireable sustainable venue and event space. Since then, Warren has helped to establish the brand, perfect the business model and build a team of expert event planners, helping to make 15Hatfields what it is today - a versatile, independent venue which puts sustainability at the heart of every decision it makes.

Joe Harris joined the team in 2012 and integrated quickly into life at 15Hatfields, adopting the role 'sustainable sourcer' due to his unmatched ability to find the best sustainable alternative for products and services used within the venue. As the Client Services Manager, Joe enjoys developing strong working relationships with clients, many of whom have been using the venue for years.

Does 15Hatfields have AV equipment available for events?

We have an intelligent plug-and-play digital Crestron AV system which includes 12 HDMI inputs routable to any screen. Audio from various devices is linked to our built-in PA system, with discreet speakers located in the ceiling and distributed throughout the venue for an even sound. Integrated roving, lapel and table microphones are available on-site as well as in-house laptops with the latest software for running PowerPoint, Prezi, videos or just audio. We also have six economic 5,000 lumens HD ceiling-mounted projectors that can be easily connected to via HDMI.

Can delegates attend my event virtually as well as in-person at 15Hatfields?

We have harnessed our in-house technology to develop hybrid solutions for both meetings and conferences. The intelligent new technology, Logitech Rally Bar, allows you to hold productive and interactive meetings with people across the globe, hosted centrally at 15Hatfields through integrated video links. For larger conferences, Logitech Rally Plus webcasting enables you to broadcast your event to a potentially unlimited number of users, either live or on-demand. During your event, you can host live interaction, voting, polls, chats and Q&As.
