For flexible event hosting, 15 Hatfields provides a far-reaching selection of spaces that can accommodate anything from intimate focus groups through to full conferences of hundreds of people (the venue can hold a total of 553 people if needed). Its spaces are best suited to conferences and meetings, though canapé receptions and product launches are also popular.

With an in-house team of expert event planners, you’re in safe hands to create your ideal day whether that be an evening of fine dining or a buzzy day of training for your team. There are several different rooms, layouts and configurations to choose from, so anything is possible. Open seven days a week and just ten minutes from Waterloo station, this is the ideal place for bringing together delegates travelling from across the country.

15 Hatfields USP is its attention to detail on the eco-friendly front, being one of London’s most sustainable venues. Here, single use plastic is banned and the catering team makes the most of seasonal ingredients, producing no-waste menus. AV equipment is world-class, to reduce the need for paper, and even the event furniture has been made from recycled materials.

Planned as a blank canvas space, 15 Hatfields is the perfect place to put your own stamp on things. The team are happy to incorporate your own decals, branding or decorations into your event, and can recommend experience suppliers if you'd like to go all out on a theme.

While no two events are treated in the same way, all parties can take advantage of the ethically sourced menu from Eden Caterers (the partner firm 15 Hatfields exclusively uses). Lunch might include sandwiches filled with brie and plum chutney or chicken satay brochettes, while evening canapes span international favourites like jerk chicken skewers and Thai chicken salad wonton cups.

HD video conferencing, AV and super-fast wi-fi mean that live streaming, gaming and tech events are well catered for.

COVID-19 Update for 15Hatfields

Our COVID-secure action plan:

On arrival
You will need to wear a face-covering and sanitise your hands before entering our building. Once you have reported to reception and have provided confirmation of your contact details as part of the NHS contract tracing requirement, please scan the official QR code which will be displayed. Once you have signed in at our front desk, you will have your temperature checked.

Around the venue
We have implemented a one-way system around the venue to ensure social distancing measures can be met and maintained. You will see numerous automatic hand-sanitising machines dotted around – please use these regularly. You will be advised as to the meeting room and area by the meeting organiser.

Please remember to keep your mouth and nose covered when moving around our venue and ensure you adhere to all procedures, signage, systems, safeguards and directions before, during and after your meeting.

In meetings
On entry to a meeting room, please follow the one-way flow system and be mindful of your distance from other meeting attendees and staff and avoid congregating in any area inside or outside the 15Hatfields venue. Our pre-sanitised seating will be set in accordance with social distancing requirements, so please do not move any chairs or change seats unless you are asked to do so by venue staff.

Food in the venue
Our supplier Eden Caterers has created a Socially Distanced Menu for all delegates in the venue. This is made up of individual platters that contain a full meal. This ensures that government regulations can continue to be met whilst enjoying a delicious lunch at a safe distance from colleagues.

Although our lunch platters are single-use to reduce the risk of cross-contamination between clients, they are sustainably made from naturally fallen palm leaves from the Adaka nut palm tree, making them 100% natural and compostable.

Cleaning and sanitising of the venue
All touchpoints are cleaned and sanitised every two hours as part of a robust cleaning rota, and staff have been fully trained in hygiene and are monitored for compliance.

Our chairs are cleaned with a professional steam cleaner after every meeting, and all hard surfaces are sanitised using professional cleaning products and hot steam.

To complement this cleaning rota, we have invested in an advanced residual antimicrobial product, which harnesses biotechnology and is effective against bacteria, viruses and pathogens.

The antimicrobial agent in the product creates a barrier that kills germs upon impact and provides long-term protection on all of our surfaces, for up to 30 days.

Warren Campbell

General Manager

Warren Campbell has been with 15Hatfields since its conception, when he was first brought in to help the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) transform the ground floor of their central London office into hireable venue space. Since then, Campbell has helped to establish the brand, perfect the business model and build a team of expert event planners, helping to make 15Hatfields what it is today - a versatile, independent venue which puts sustainability at the heart of every decision it makes.
