Another of London's superb conferencing venues, Roehampton Venues is ideal for those planning something further west of the city. The Oak Suite is the ideal hybrid conferencing space, with 98” plasma screens for presentations, intuitive AV kit and beautiful views over the landscaped gardens outside. The Grade II exterior of this beautiful Georgian townhouse belies the quality of the tech you'll find within. No.11 Cavendish Square specialises in large, high tech conferences, with 20 flexible spaces that include lecture theatres, meeting rooms and more. The Burdett Theatre is ideal for hybrid conferencing, with state-of-the-art AV and streaming.

The colourful, functional spaces at St Pancras Meeting Rooms are all equipped with enterprise-grade WiFi and projectors. The rooms are, on the whole, a little smaller than some (the largest is the 100-seater Air & Sky Room) but St Pancras Meeting Rooms is still ideal for cosier hybrid events.

One of London's leading sustainable venues, 15Hatfields is also an ultra-reliable spot for any tech-led conferencing thanks to super fast WiFi and top class AV tech. Blank canvas spaces are easily adapted to any event, and digital screens and projectors throughout the venue are setup for live streaming, video conferencing and webcasting.

Already a world-famous venue for dance and performing arts, Sadler's Wells is also an extremely capable conference venue, with a portfolio of spaces for anywhere between 12 and 1,500 guests. Speedy WiFi and world-class sound and lighting make this viable for hybrid conferences too, especially those on the larger side. 

This Covent Garden members' club is famous for its sustainable credentials, but it also boasts very capable conferencing technology that makes it a safe choice for hybrid events. If you just need a safe pair of hands, you can't go wrong with one of Europe's leading events spaces. The Barbican boasts spaces for all eventualities, (right up to the gargantuan 1950-capacity Barbican Hall), but as you'd expect, all the conference spaces are also kitted out with hefty AV suites so you can live stream conferences without a hitch.

Highly versatile and modern, Kensington Conference & Events Centre is perfect for larger events, as the Great Hall has capacity of up to 850 delegates, and is equipped with controllable ambient lighting and state-of-the-art-AV support. There's also the Small Hall for 190 guests, which is similarly well-equipped. 

A sister venue to The Loading Bay (also in this list), The Lightwell is a beautiful space boasting plenty of natural light, and it's well equipped with top-end AV tech, as well as high-speed WiFi and all the bandwidth needed for live streaming. The events team are very capable when it comes to the technical aspects of your conference too.

As well as being one of the world's most famous rugby stadiums, Twickenham is also home to an enormous range of well-equipped events spaces. Some of those spaces are enormous - the 1,200-capacity Rose Suite, for example - but there are smaller blank-canvas spaces avaialble to hire too, and most are kitted out with a suite of solid AV tech.
