An Exclusive Collection hotel and spa, this idyllic mansion house comes complete with 19th century architecture, a welcoming atmosphere and is surrounded by vast and beautifully manicured gardens.

This country wedding venue is perfectly set up to host every part of your special day, from the moment you and your partner start to get ready, right through to the ceremony, reception, overnight accommodation (and even breakfast and a spa day the next morning if you wish!).

With a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces to hold your wedding celebrations, Pennyhill Park’s dedicated events team can help you plan every aspect of your big day. Whether that’s an outside ceremony in the beautiful Pavillion surrounded by 120 acres of Surrey Parkland, an intimate wedding in the wood-panelled Library or an offsite ceremony followed by celebrations at the hotel.

Pennyhill Park is home to a Michelin-starred restaurant so when it comes to the food and drink, they know what they are doing. Meet with the head chef and the banqueting team where you can plan your bespoke menu, whether that’s a three course seated dinner or more casual dishes for a relaxed setting, the team can help you plan a feast that suits you both as a couple. Host your reception in the newly refurbished Parkview Suite and you will be able to accommodate up to 120 guests seated, before you all dance the night away.

Balmoral Suite

Reception Capacity: 200

The largest of our suites. Balmoral is on the first floor and offers dual-aspect windows allowing excellent natural light into the room. Artwork adorns the wood-panelled walls, and handcrafted chandeliers and spotlights give control to create various atmospheres. In-room technology includes a built-in public address system and air conditioning that can be controlled independently. There is a foyer reception area with a private bar making this room ideal for meetings and all types of private events. Hire its neighbour, Sandringham, for additional breakout, team building or catering space.

Sandringham

Reception Capacity: 70

Our Sandringham room is located on the first floor. It features its own coffee bar, panelled walls, high ceilings, handcrafted chandeliers and spotlights to create various ambiences. Large windows ensure plenty of natural light pours in the room. Sandringham shares a foyer and private bar with the Balmoral Suite, our largest room, which can be hired to provide additional space for large events.

Buckingham

Situated on the lower ground floor, the Buckingham Suite has a large bay window overlooking the spa. With the addition of electronic curtains and air conditioning this room is both light and airy for meetings or private events. This is a very flexible room that can be used independently for training, meetings, learning and development seminars or as a syndicate room to Windsor and Eton.

Kensington

Kensington has a large bay window overlooking the spa, flooding the room with natural light. Wood panelling, high ceilings and chandeliers add to the character of the room. This is a highly versatile meeting room and can be set up in various different styles. It’s also available as a private dining room or as a syndicate space for Windsor and Eton.

One of the most ornate suites in the hotel and part of the original Main House, The Library retains plenty of charm and character in a classic dining setting. With original fireplaces, wood panelling, stained glass windows and a conservatory, it boasts breathtaking views and direct access onto the Lily Pond Terrace. Key Features

Windsor & Eton

Reception Capacity: 80

This suite on the lower ground floor has doors leading onto a private terrace and a lawn overlooking the spa. Magnificent chandeliers, wood panelling, and an abundance of large windows make it a bright and airy place to spend time. It’s our second largest suite. A few steps from this suite is a foyer with three more meeting rooms and a business centre. All are perfectly located together for events that use multiple rooms for syndicate or team building work.

Parkview

Reception Capacity: 40

Located in the Terrace Wing, this is a very popular room due to its private, stone-flagged balcony — a perfect place to take drinks, with wonderful views of our grounds. Large windows make this room naturally bright, ideal for meetings of all types and styles. For private dining, there's a built-in event bar and the neighbouring room, Water Iris, can be hired for extra space.

Water Iris

This popular suite in the Terrace Wing has doors leading out to the Lily Pond Terrace. The open fireplace is a characterful feature, together with wrought iron ceiling fans and crystal chandeliers. It’s a very flexible room, lending itself beautifully to a range of layout styles.

Water Lily

The Water Lily is a refreshingly styled room in the Terrace Wing, with doors leading to the Lily Pond Terrace. This beautifully panelled room offers a superb location for meetings of all types. It is also great for a private dinner or barbecue.

Stuart

Reception Capacity: 32

The Stuart is one of the rooms in the Main House and is beautifully decorated with wooden panelling and stained-glass windows. It also features a loggia with direct access onto the Lily Pond Terrace. Although primarily used for dining, it also lends itself to all types of meeting thanks to its flexible layout. One wall is a sound-proofed partition which, when opened creates a larger room, together with the Carolean to become The Library.
