Since 2015, Coppa Club has been winning us all over with its stylishly-designed spaces which aim to give everything a member's club can, but without the fee. With a whole host of restaurants in London, as well as spots in the likes of Brighton, Bristol and further afield, the Coppa Club name is well and truly established on the scene.
But, did you consider this hospitality giant as a wedding venue? While not all of the branches have bedrooms or access to outdoor space, some of the countryside haunts, and particularly the flagship in Sonning are idyllic spaces perfect for tying the knot. Coppa Club at The Great House in Sonning takes over a former Elizabethan coaching inn on a particularly lovely stretch of the Thames, and boasts beautiful greenery, a glass-covered terrace and plenty of space for your wedding day.
Thanks to being a riverside wedding venue, the couple can rock up to the event on a boat, have their wedding photos by the water and guests can mingle on the grass with great views. The team have thought a lot about what makes a perfect day and have a whole brochure on how you might like to plan the event.
For example, The Private Dining Room is a gorgeous space for 100 guests to enjoy a sit down dinner, or 200 for the evening shindig. There's space in the house for the ceremony, or local churches nearby which are easy to get to and back. Once the dancing has been done, there's a selection of luxurious bedrooms for you and your guests to enjoy, before a hearty breakfast in the morning to laugh about the night before.
The Coppa Club chefs are on hand to help you create your wedding breakfast, with sample menus online of three course options, feasting boards, canapes and late-night snacks.
