Price Guarantee
Once a booking is contracted between the organizer and the venue these prices are fixed and do not change unless the organizer adds extra onto their package.
Cancellation Policy
1. At no point will the booking fee be refunded and any deposits will not form part of any cancellation charge (with the exception of a cancellation being made by the venue).
2. For a cancellation received more than one year to the date of the Event the charge will be 30% of the Event Cost associated with the Event.
3. For a cancellation received within one year to six 6 months of the proposed date the charge will be 50% of the Event Cost associated with the Event.
4. For a cancellation within 6 months or less of the proposed date the charge will be 100% of the Event Cost associated with the Event.
