Bookers will be able to make the most of the space in the warmer months with the help of the venue’s new evening hire packages from 6.45-9pm.
Groups will be greeted with cocktails on arrival, before house wines, beers and soft drinks, and a selection of canapés and bowl food from IWM’s catering partner Peyton Events. Expect the likes of squash arancini with sage and parmesan mayonnaise, and charred hake with smoked paprika potatoes and lime aioli.
Stylish, white sofas with bright orange cushions decorate the outdoor area, which also looks out onto the parkland surrounding the museum.
Upgrades include a barbecue menu (picture rosemary chicken, pork ribs and peri peri tofu burgers), enhanced cocktails, a late licence, acoustic entertainment, additional furniture and lighting.
Prices vary based on the number of guests: £84.50pp for 150-175 attendees, £95.50pp for 100-149, or £112pp for 50-99.
