On the roof of the National Theatre on the South Bank, The Deck has some of the finest views in town. The contemporary function space was designed to make the most of its riverside vantage point, with retractable glass walls and an opaque roof that allows natural light to flood in. It’s best enjoyed on warm summer nights – particularly at sunset – when the room and the terrace become one. The Deck works well for canapé receptions, summer barbecues, private dining and presentations. The seasonal dishes are designed by executive chef Simon Flint, and the venue has a wedding licence and offers Christmas packages.
