Gordon Ramsay’s tastefully casual brasserie offers up its first floor for large-scale Christmas drinks receptions. Its bar is available for more intimate gatherings and, for groups that want to raise more than a glass to the season, there’s a private dining room. Three seasonal menus are available: two of them proclaim the kitchen’s modern European leanings; the third is built around roasted bronze turkey, apricot stuffing, duck fat roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and cranberry sauce.
