The Mailbox, Lincoln is a vibrant and welcoming pub with a spacious and modern interior that has recently been refurbished. The Mailbox serves an all-day breakfast menu, alongside a bar menu and a popular bottomless brunch. They also stream live sporting events which can be booked in advance.
The all-day breakfast menu includes a traditional full English, as well as a vegetarian full breakfast and American-style pancakes served with bacon and maple syrup. There is also a selection of breakfast sarnies, as well as granola, yoghurt and porridge.
When it comes to lunchtime you will find a range of loaded American-inspired subs on the menu, such as southern fried chicken with bacon and mayo, and a sloppy joe cheese melt served with smoky barbecue sauce and red onion. Alternative options include toasties, house burgers and a selection of sides and extras.
If you’re looking for larger plates you will find plenty of options such as mac ‘n’ cheese, plant-based tikka masala and a double beef pitstop pie.
There are a number of vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu, as well as a selection of sharing boards such as the ultimate sharing tray which features chicken wings, hot dogs, skinny fries and more, there is also a vegetarian sharing option.
