Nice location, room and staff; food is OK
This is a beautifully located gastro pub on the banks of the river, with a glass fronted restaurant offering superb views. There are cosy bars and a couple of lovely outside spaces. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We found the food to be quite middle-of-the-road for the price, however. Nothing wrong with it, but just disappointing given the location and reputation of the chef.
