Hate to say this, visted here last Saturday, was absolutely horendous. noise level unbelivable, table squashed together, so uncomfortable, nightmare to get out to use the loo. Ordered meals, wait over one and a half hours. Waitress overbearing in everyway. Obviously catering for more than they could cope with. food sent back twice as cold and not cooked properly. Latte ordered, tepid warm. A sad dissapointment as booked a while ago, was a birthday celebration. A big mistake really looked forward to this. What a shame, really not accepteable. Great location and decor. felt sorry for the staff to be honest. Felt the food was the biggest let down after waiting for so very long. Waitress kept offer shots by way of an aplogogy. Not wanted may I add, just a decent meal within reasonable time.
