Tucked away in the heart of Ealing, Sarv's Slice is a family-run pizzeria, specialising in authentic Detroit and Neapolitan style pizzas. This independent food project is run by siblings Sarv and Disha, who have established themselves as passionate pizza artisans who have won a whole host of awards for their stellar slices. Sarv has worked in some of the finest kitchens in London, bringing his Michelin-starred training and classic technique to this cosy pizza shop.
The restaurant operates both as a dine-in establishment and takeaway service, offering flexibility for customers who prefer to enjoy their pizzas in the comfort of their own homes or savour them downstairs in the Ealing Project Complex.
The cuisine at Sarv's Slice focuses on two distinct pizza styles that showcase the siblings' expertise and commitment to authenticity. Their Detroit-style pizzas feature the characteristic thick, airy crust with crispy, caramelised edges, whilst their Neapolitan offerings present the traditional thin, soft base with charred spots from high-temperature cooking. Both styles are made fresh daily, ensuring customers receive the highest quality product with each order.
The menu reflects a careful balance between traditional techniques and contemporary flavours, with each pizza crafted to highlight the unique characteristics of its respective style. The Detroit pizzas are made with a focaccia-style base, with the bread freshly baked every day. Pizzas are available by the slice or whole, with toppings such as nduja, biqinho peppers, and calabrian chill ranch, or salame calabrese with mozzarella and vintage cheddar. There’s plenty of vegetarian options on offer too, such as eggplant, tomato and parmesan crisp or burrata with chilli hot honey.
