On soft launch this week, Neil Rankin's first solo restaurant, Temper, has finally landed in Soho. A sprawling underground site with a small snacking bar at ground level, Temper specialises in tacos and BBQ, with meat cuts of all different shapes and sizes so you can have as much or as little as you fancy.
