Two-Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers is set to lead a new dining collection at Stoke Park, including a flagship restaurant and four further food and drink concepts.
The five new spaces form part of Stoke Park’s extensive renovation and restoration programme, which began following its acquisition by Reliance Industries Limited in 2021. Set across 300 acres, the estate is widely recognised as the UK’s first country club and is now entering a new chapter in collaboration with the esteemed chef.
Sellers opened Restaurant Story in London back in 2013, earning its first Michelin star within five months of opening and snagging a second in 2021. He is also behind Story Cellar, and recently opened MOR at the Carbis Bay Estate in St Ives.
The chef is known for his focus on British produce, seasonality and storytelling, which will also shape the menus at Stoke Park. He has developed the collection alongside chefs Dom Robinson and Tom Phillips, together with his HiStory Hospitality team.

What will Stoke Park’s new dining offering include?
The estate’s flagship restaurant will be The Penn, named after John Penn, with a 48-cover dining room alongside a private dining room for eight guests.
The restaurant will offer an a la carte menu that showcases British culinary history and seasonal produce, using classical French techniques across dishes. Expect dishes such as terrine of spiced pig’s head with Scottish langoustine, roast wild sea bass with Orkney scallop and venison Wellington Rossini.
Produce grown in Stoke Park’s kitchen garden will also feature across the menu. The garden is led by Kate Mannery, former Head Gardener at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
The estate will also introduce four more food and drink spaces including:
The Piano Bar - The estate’s main bar will focus on classic cocktails, including an extensive martini selection, alongside English sparkling wine and a selection of American wines.
The Terrace & Glasshouse - For a more informal dining experience, The Terrace & Glasshouse will serve seasonal dishes including flatbreads, salads, pasta and fish, with pizzas and barbecue available on the terrace. The space will operate during the spring and summer months, while private hire will be available throughout the year.
The Tea Room and Clubhouse - The Tea Room will offer teas, coffees and freshly baked viennoiserie, alongside estate-fruit tarts and Stoke Park scones. Meanwhile, The Clubhouse will combine traditional pub classics with Indian dishes, adding another dining option to the estate’s new collection.
When will Stoke Park’s new restaurants open?
The new dining and drinking spaces at Stoke Park will launch in October 2026.
