About Lambs Restaurant
A stylish and cosy restaurant, Lambs' stunning ambiance is the talk of the town. This incredible building lends itself beautifully to the role it now plays. With its original features and open
beamed ceilings it looks as impressive now as it must have in its sixteenth century heyday. 12 Sheep Street is one of the oldest buildings in Stratford, dating from the early sixteenth century,
probably the reign of Henry VIII. No.12, along with Nos. 10 and 11, was originally one house, and timber-framed in the traditional style, it still retains many original features: the window on the
over-hanging storey is among the most noteworthy - as are all the main beams in this area of the building. In the hayloft, the wattle and daub in-filling between the timbers can still be seen. For
a truly memorable experience, choose Lambs.
